The History

memo.jpgAfter working in some of the best restaurants of Lima, Peru, I decided to travel to the United States in 1996 with an understanding that the American Dream is not always easy to accomplish but with a drive for success. I began working with my brother as a painter in Orange, New Jersey, learning something new each day. From there, I began working for an insurance company, and though I barely spoke or read English, I worked hard, reminding myself that he who doesn’t risk never wins. The following year, I suffered the incredible loss of my adored mother to stomach cancer. Despite my grief, I recognized that life must go on, so I decided to continue working in the construction field for the next several years, during which, I had the opportunity to visit several of the United States, including North Carolina, South Carolina, Arizona, Florida, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, and more. The work was very hard, but it paid well and allowed me to save the money, which I eventually invested in this my Peruvian Cuisine restaurant. And now we are here with the objective to excite and satisfy our customers. I sincerely hope that I haven’t bored you with my little story, but it is all true, and I hope to give all of you the best. God Bless America.

Best Wishes,

Guillermo

Until now".
